Description
A Centaurea sphaerocephala L. ssp. polyacantha (Willd.) Dostál é uma planta perene, semelhante a um cardo. As Folhas "peludas" podem exibir várias formas. As folhas (em capítulo) são largas, tubulares e de um vistoso rosa-purpuro. Esta planta produz frutos com sementes chamdas de cipsela e são dispersas pelo vento e animais.
The Centaurea sphaerocephalais a perennial plant, similar to a thistle. The hairy leaves can exhibit various forms. The flowers (in chapter) are large, showy, tubular and pinkish-purple. This plant produces a fruit with a seed called cypsela and is dispersed by wind or animals.
